Prescription Telephone Line Ordering Service
Important Information for previous users of this service
From July 1st 2018 we have discontinued the Prescription Telephone Line ordering service. The decision to discontinue with this service has been taken from a Patient safety stance. Telephone messages are regularly left which lack basic information as well as inappropriate requests. We are concerned that as a result the safety of our Patients could be seriously compromised.
From July 1st patients are able to order repeat medications using the following methods:
- Online via Vision Online Services (Patient Services). Please ask at Reception on how to register.
- Hand in the right hand side of your prescription (your order form) directly to Reception.
- Via your nominated local pharmacy.
We realise this will represent significant change for our patients but hope you recognise the need to maintain a safe prescribing system for all of our patients.
