We would like to thank all our patients who took part in our Patient survey. After discussing the results with the GPs and all the members of the Practice we have decided on the following changes in response to the results and comments from the Survey.
In answer to the concerns of getting though to reception on the telephone we have made two changes which we hope will help:-
1. The introduction of On-line services
a. If you register for this service, it enables you to book and cancel standard GP appointment on-line
b. You can see and order your Repeat prescriptions on-line.
For details of how to register for this service, please ask at reception or complete a registration form on line, this can be found from the Home page of our web-site.
2. If you have requested to speak to a GP on the telephone, the GP will now telephone you (instead of you phoning in) You will be asked to make sure you are available to take the call and it is extremely important that we have your correct telephone number.
Please make sure your contact details (particularly telephone number) are up to date, this can be done by contacting reception or filling out and sending our on-line form, this can be found on the Home page of our web-site.
