Prescription Requests
From May 2022 we will no longer accept prescription requests over the telephone.
Collection of Fit Notes & Prescriptions
You may collect a fit note from the health centre during our normal opening hours. Prescriptions continue to be collected from your mandated pharmacy.

Please do not contact the surgery for this information - you can access your vaccine status online.

At the present time we do not offer routine appointments for ear syringing.
